The morning would start with a inside gas incident on Osage Dr. requiring the assistance of Con Ed Gas. This was pinpointed to be an issue with a gas stove. Shortly after 5pm, the OFD & Millwood FD were requested to the Maryknoll Complex for a stuck & occupied elevator. Responding units were advised that the occupants were able to exit the elevator. Units would continue in to verify the reported update. A few minutes later, Westchester Fire Control would dispatch Ossining Fire & EMS to Bellevue Ave. for a motor vehicle accident with a vehicle fire. Ossining EMS 74A2 would arrive moments later confirming a working vehicle fire and not the result of a motor vehicle accident. Apparatus arrived on scene and made quick work of the fire mainly located in the engine compartment.

Later in the evening, our feet hit the street in Mt. Kisco for their annual parade. The OFD would march off with Best Overall & Most Men in Line. As this is no surprise, the always outstanding St. Peter's Drum Corps. would be awarded Best Senior Corps. & Best Musical Color Guard.
