It is with deep regret, the OFD announces the passing of Deputy Chief & 64 Year Life Active Member of Holla Hose Co. #5 George W. Losee. DC Losee stayed involved as much as possible in the OFD & Holla Hose till only months ago. An avid golfer, it was one of his favorite pastimes. George was one of Holla Hose's most dependable & top driver's for many years. He operated Engine 100's pieces starting with the 1957 Maxim and moving on to both the 1978 Maxim, & the current 2001 American LaFrance. We keep DC's Losee's wife & family in our thoughts & prayers.
