The OFD Junior Corps. continuing their training with past Tuesday night training being conducted with Rescue 14. The topic was the review and usage of Air Bags for lifting. Members were shown the equipment carried on the Rescue to complete the task and how to correctly and safely use them to free a victim.
Any interested young adult in the Village or Town is urged to check it out! This is a great way to see if maybe the Volunteer Fire Service is for you. Start early and build that ground work to be one of the next members of the OFD. We can’t keep this going without these dedicated and motivated members of our community.
