| With 2025 bringing us 724 requests for service, 2026 wasted no time getting to it with 2 alarms within an hour and 15 minutes of each other. Services were requested to The Atria at 11am for an inside gas investigation. The situation was quickly mitigated and the scene turned over to Con Edison Gas Services.
Shortly after the beginning of the inauguration of our Village & Town elected officials (which the OFD Color Guard proudly presented our nations colors), another alarm was received just after 12-Noon. This would bring units to an address on Underhill Rd for large construction dumpster on fire in the driveway of the residence. Crews quickly knocked down the bulk of the burning rubbish. Extended overhaul was necessary to reach the seat of the burning materials, this was by the removal of the bulk of the rubbish out of the vessel.
