Saturday morning (5/17/25), some of the newly elected company officers attended a new officer orientation. Put together by our Training Division, this morning of lecture & discussion went in depth on their responsibilities and expectations by the Chiefs Office & Department. The role of a Company Officer takes on much more than meets the eye, from tactical decision making to handling personnel related issues and responsibilities.

As these members take on these roles, they are expected to understand they will also be held accountable for their actions. The department is looking to build off of this to improve the on street decision making and in-house training of our members. We wish them the best as some of them begin thier roles for the first time, with some rejoining the slate once again.
