Wednesday night class was once again in session. Probie Class 01-2025 trained on varies different topics. One of toughest topics for many, ropes & knots were reviewed. Different scenarios will require varies applications and knots to ensure a correctly executed and safe operation. Even from simply raising and lowering tools on the fireground.

Elevator emergencies were discussed and reviewed. From locking out and tagging out, how manually lowering a hydraulic elevator is done, to opening the elevator doors with the use of the drop key. And lastly, simulated Vent, Enter, & Search tactics. A wide range of scenarios, disciplines, and tactics are reviewed & performed during the weeks of class. This is to better prepare the members for BFO, IFO, FF1, and simply assisting on the fireground to the best of their ability prior to obtaining certifications.
